Welcome to Arhamco. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arhamco mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By registering, accessing, browsing, or using Arhamco, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Arhamco

Arhamco is a multi-vendor marketplace that allows customers to discover and purchase groceries and other products offered by independent vendors registered on the Platform.

Arhamco may provide the technology and marketplace infrastructure connecting customers with vendors. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products listed on the Platform are supplied by the respective vendors.

2. Eligibility

To use Arhamco, you must:

Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Keep your account information secure.
Not create an account using false or misleading information.

If you are using Arhamco on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. User Account

You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
All activities performed through your account.
Providing accurate contact and delivery information.
Immediately notifying Arhamco if you believe your account has been compromised.

Arhamco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

4. Products and Vendors

Arhamco operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Products may be listed and fulfilled by independent vendors.

Each vendor is responsible for:

Product availability.
Product descriptions and specifications.
Product quality and condition.
Pricing and applicable taxes.
Packaging and preparation.
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Product images are provided for illustration and may not always exactly represent the actual product.

Arhamco may remove, modify, or restrict any product listing that violates our policies or applicable law.

5. Product Availability

Product availability may change at any time.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout or delivery.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the vendor or Arhamco may contact you regarding a replacement, modification, or cancellation of the relevant item or order.

6. Prices and Taxes

Prices displayed on Arhamco are generally provided by the respective vendors and may change without prior notice.

The final amount payable may include:

Product price
Applicable taxes
Delivery charges
Platform/service charges
Packaging charges
Other applicable fees

The amount shown at checkout will be the applicable amount for the order, subject to any corrections permitted under applicable law.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order through Arhamco, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be accepted, rejected, modified, or cancelled depending on:

Product availability
Vendor acceptance
Delivery availability
Incorrect pricing or product information
Technical issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Other operational circumstances

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee fulfillment until the vendor accepts and processes the order.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order subject to the cancellation rules applicable to that order.

Cancellation may not be available after an order has been accepted, prepared, dispatched, or otherwise processed by the vendor.

Arhamco or the vendor may cancel an order due to:

Product unavailability
Vendor closure or inability to fulfill the order
Incorrect product or pricing information
Delivery limitations
Customer misconduct
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Technical or operational problems
Events beyond reasonable control

If payment has already been made and a refund is applicable, it will be processed according to the applicable refund policy.

9. Delivery

Arhamco may provide delivery services directly or through third-party delivery partners, depending on the applicable service.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

Traffic
Weather
High order volume
Vendor preparation delays
Incorrect delivery information
Customer unavailability
Delivery partner issues
Events beyond reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive the order.

10. Failed Delivery

If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses delivery, or otherwise prevents successful delivery, additional delivery charges or cancellation consequences may apply where permitted.

Repeated failed deliveries may result in account restrictions.

11. Payments

Arhamco may support one or more payment methods, including online payments and Cash on Delivery, depending on availability.

For online payments, payment processing may be handled by third-party payment service providers.

Arhamco does not store complete payment card details unless specifically permitted and handled in accordance with applicable security requirements.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize applicable charges for your orders.

12. Refunds

Refunds may be available in circumstances including:

Order cancellation where a refund is applicable.
Missing products.
Incorrect products.
Damaged products.
Other eligible issues determined under Arhamco's refund policy.

Refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the order and evidence provided by the customer.

Refunds, where approved, may be processed to the original payment method or through another permitted method.

Cash-on-delivery orders may be subject to separate refund procedures.

13. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of grocery and perishable products, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Where a return or replacement is permitted, the customer may be required to report the issue within the specified period and provide photographs, order information, or other evidence.

The applicable vendor and Arhamco may determine whether a refund, replacement, exchange, or other resolution is appropriate.

14. Quality and Product Issues

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, expired, defective, or materially different from the product ordered, you should report the issue through the available Arhamco support channels as soon as reasonably possible.

For perishable products, complaints should generally be made promptly after delivery.

15. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

Use Arhamco for unlawful purposes.
Provide false information.
Create multiple fraudulent accounts.
Place fraudulent or intentionally misleading orders.
Abuse refunds, cancellations, promotions, or offers.
Harass vendors, delivery partners, employees, or other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
Introduce viruses, malicious code, or harmful software.
Scrape, copy, reproduce, or exploit Platform content without authorization.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

Arhamco may take appropriate action against accounts that violate these requirements.

16. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors using Arhamco are responsible for ensuring that:

Products listed are legally permitted for sale.
Product information is accurate.
Prices are accurate.
Products meet applicable quality and safety requirements.
Orders are prepared and packaged appropriately.
Applicable licenses and registrations are maintained.
Applicable taxes and legal obligations are complied with.

Arhamco may suspend or remove vendors that violate applicable laws, Platform policies, or these Terms.

17. Promotions and Offers

Arhamco may provide promotional codes, discounts, cashback, rewards, or other offers.

Promotions may be subject to additional conditions, including:

Minimum order value
Maximum discount
Limited validity
User eligibility
Vendor eligibility
One-time or limited usage

Arhamco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers in accordance with applicable law.

18. Reviews and User Content

Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, photographs, comments, or other content.

You agree that your content:

Is truthful and based on your genuine experience.
Does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Does not contain abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading material.
Does not contain malicious software or harmful content.

Arhamco may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies.

19. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

Arhamco name and logo
Software
Application design
Graphics
Text
Images
Trademarks
User interface
Platform features

may be owned by or licensed to Arhamco and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

20. Third-Party Services

Arhamco may integrate with third-party services such as:

Payment providers
Maps and location services
SMS or OTP providers
Cloud services
Analytics services
Delivery partners
Authentication providers

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Arhamco is not responsible for the independent operations of third-party services.

21. Privacy

Your use of Arhamco is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using Arhamco, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Privacy Policy.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arhamco will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Platform.

Arhamco does not guarantee that:

The Platform will always be available.
All products will always be available.
Product information will always be error-free.
Delivery will always occur within an estimated time.
The Platform will be completely free from technical interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arhamco, its affiliates, employees, representatives, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of the Platform.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your violation of third-party rights.
Fraudulent or unauthorized activity associated with your account.

24. Suspension and Termination

Arhamco may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform where reasonably necessary, including if:

You violate these Terms.
Fraud or abuse is suspected.
Your account presents a security risk.
You engage in unlawful activity.
Your activity may harm Arhamco, vendors, delivery partners, or other users.

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

25. Changes to These Terms

Arhamco may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms may be published through the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of Arhamco after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. Force Majeure

Arhamco will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, strikes, internet or telecommunications failures, epidemics, war, civil unrest, or other unforeseen events.

27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Arhamco's applicable place of business.
