The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will process your refund within 7 working days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be done via bank transfer after confirmation.

4. Exchange Policy
