Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an order through the Arhamco app, subject to the order status.

• Orders can generally be cancelled before the vendor starts preparing or processing them.
• Cancellation may not be available after the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered.
• If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Arhamco or the vendor may cancel an order due to product unavailability, operational issues, incorrect information, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Any applicable refund will be processed according to Arhamco’s Refund Policy.
• Repeated or fraudulent cancellations may result in account restrictions.
